Personal Training

Regular Personal Training is 60 dollars per session which lasts 1 hour. You don’t have to pay anything extra for cardio programming, home workouts, or nutritional guidance like other gyms and trainers usually charge for.

Medical Exercise

70 Dollars Per Session. Medical Exercise is more expensive because it requires more on my end as this will be the maintenance of your medical condition. These atypical clients are “medical exercise or post rehab” in that they are referred to a fitness professional after completion of a rehabilitation program and now need a fitness program tailored to their particular medical condition. I keep in contact with your doctor, physical therapist, and or chiropractor as needed to make sure we keep you on the right track.

FAQ

Do You Offer Discounts

I typically don’t. Most clients pay monthly by default which is the easiest way to keep track of sessions and some pay weekly. For larger “packages” which other training facilities may offer you end up with a longer commitment which is great but financially risky and I’ve seen that go bad with other trainers in the industry. With that being said if you train with me for a while and we have a good established training relationship I am up for discounts on larger 3-12 month periods.

How is Scheduling Done?

Most clients choose permanent recurring weekly times based on what I have available, what works for them, and how many times a week they train. These time slots are the clients until they inform me they no longer need them. I have some clients with hectic schedules where this won’t work so we choose weekly what times will work for them which allows them to be more flexible. Either of these are set once we meet in personal typically to make sure this will be the best fit for your goals.

What Type of Training Will I Do?

Everyone is different in terms of their physicality and goals when coming to me so long term that looks different for each client. I do create a base with every client though which consists of learning CARs (controlled articular rotations), warm up routine, and then the basic training patterns - push, pull, hinge, squat, and rotation. Everyone will learn to control intra abdominal pressure also. Teach the human first and then get more specific from there is my approach. Medical exercise follows a similar path but is more specific with to the medical issue.

Do You Offer Group Training?

I don’t do large group training but can small groups up to 4 people. The cost changes depending on the amount of people because I am splitting my attention among 4 people with their own individual needs. For 2 people it’s 35 dollars each, for 3 it’s 30 dollars each and for 4 people its 25 dollars each.

What Happens if I No Show?

I only have one real policy and its a ‘No Show’ policy. I ask for 24 hours notice if you won’t be able to make your session otherwise you are charged for that session. I’m not a jerk about it though and understand that medical emergencies, last minute things with kids, and other unforeseen circumstances happen so you are not charged for anytime that happens. This is more about holding clients accountable so that when they just don’t feel like showing up they are charged as another client could have taken that spot or I could have gone home to my family instead of waiting at the studio.

Can I Bring a Guest for a Session?

I’m always up for letting a client bring a guest for a session to see if they would be interested in training. I prefer for clients to let me know ahead of time they plan on doing this so I can make sure I tailor the workout to accommodate the other person and their needs. If they end up signing up I always give out a free session as a thank you.
